Impact Narrative

Brianna teaches Environmental Studies at Iowa State University, with a focus on Environmental Humanities, where she emphasizes the ability of art to work positively for environmental and social justice. She has been a long-time advocate of Population Media Center, one of the Speak Out’s sponsoring organizations, and intends to use one copy of OVER in her university classes. Aditionally, she posted a link to the Speak Out website to the Association for the Study of Literature and Environment (ASLE listserv), which boasts over 5,000 subscribers. She will donate another copy of OVER to the Iowa State Library.
