One copy I would like to place in our lobby. I am the only residency trained small animal surgeon in the state and have clients form around Montana along with a strong local small animal practice. In my world travels I have often been confronted by the level of medicine I can practice in animals and how in parts of the world it so greatly exceeds available human care – people need to see and address this fact. I would like to share one copy with the other board members of Be the Change Volunteers as I have been an advocate for not just education in general but also educating ourselves about world population as maybe the biggest issue and how education needs to help address world population. I am willing to pay for a personal copy that I would intend to share with some of the wildlife and conservation advocates I work with because the local issues for me are the trees and world population is the forest. I have harped on this as the elephant in the room – that seems to go unnoticed and hence unaddressed. What a vitally needed source of potentially eye opening information in a graphic and informative format. So 2 books for free if possible, one to help reach my clients, one to send around the world to other board members and one I will buy to share locally. Thank you for whatever you can do.” Mark was awarded 3 books.
