My wife & I operate the only Vegan restaurant (Verde Vegan) in Acapulco, dedicating our lives to our health and the health of others. We hope that our efforts in educating the public about their diet choices and the consequences of their diet choices will create changes in the local community & beyond. With copies of this book, we can incorporate the photos into our already existing monthly courses, where we cover topics ranging from nutrition to ecological impacts. Truth be told – there is no access to this type of information here in Acapulco and the people desperately need the knowledge to wake up to what is happening on the planet. The culture of conscious living, ecological awareness, & healthy habits is just starting here and this book would aid us in our cause to educate. We will certainly publicize the book on our social media channels and broadcast to the world that Acapulco is participating in global change!”
