David is President of Peace Child International. His proposal for promoting OVER includes the following:
“1. Donate copies to our 7 x Field Offices who visit schools, training trainers to teach children/young people in India, West Africa, and here in Europe how to set up green, sustainable businesses: many don’t understand why ‘sustainability’ and the ‘green economy’ are vital parts of their future. The book will show them.
2. Special sessions on O x 3 at our World and Regional Youth Congresses for Youth leaders and Activists. We need copies of the books to show them;
3. For producers of landmark productions of Peace Child 2050 : Creating the Future We Want – we need copies of the book to show, and powerpoints to use as backdrops to the songs;
4. Advocacy Campaigns: when youth ask, “What can we do?” – the book, and accompanying powerpoints, skits, cabarets and song cycles, can be used at School and community group powerpoints to show the bigger picture and why their campaigns are critical. Particularly important for our expanding Transition Towns network.”
