Dr. Wagner writes, “I am part of a group, Emergent Environments: Reform and the City, and we connect artists and writers with medical practitioners, engineers and architects around issues concerning water, waste and urban reform. We also teach a Master’s level course on this subject. Four books could be shared resources for the research group as well as the students – giving them a tangible example of how the arts, and specifically photography in this case, can work together with science to contribute to solving serious problems.”
There are many ways to participate! Together, we can raise awareness and bring about change.
