Franceschini Ruggero

Impact Narrative

Franceschini’s OVER proposal:

“We are a young art company which work in Italy and Europe. Our art company exists since 2014, moving between theater and performing arts, in the “contemporary performance” landscape. Our next project, “Antropocene”, is a performance about the impact of human race on planet Earth: this impact is so radical that it may create, for some geologists, a new geological era, “Antropocene”. Pages of the book, live projected as landscapes, would be the setting of the performance. A performer would turn pages, the others would play on stage, with pages of the book in the background. Moreover, part of text of the book would be read and recorded by a child.

The performance obviously will develop even without book. But using your book may add a concrete link to real organizations and projects against Earth pollution and brutal transformation.”
