Georgie’s proposal for OVER:

“I would like to share the messages of this book via a blog post on our site that reaches our 3+ million users, but also I’d like to have a copy or two for our office library, which includes a selection of books for the betterment of the individual and the planet, available to our growing team of 90 employees.

I host our company’s popular podcast, Radio Headspace, and later this year we will be making a series on ‘true costs’ of our bad habits, from diet to fashion to consumerism. This book would be a great jumping off point to talk about for that series.

As a mindfulness and meditation company, we are constantly striving to look at the struggles of the individual and the planet on a micro and macro level, to be aware of them, to pay attention to them, and to change them.”
