Kathy’s proposal:
“As Co-Leader of the Phoenix Broad Band (Chapter) of Great Old Broads for Wilderness, I do tabling at various events during the year such as Earth Day Celebrations, Outdoor Expos, etc. I would have a display copy on my table and sparingly distribute copies to visitors that seemed VERY interested and likely to advocate for the cause of Over-Population and Consumption. Also, I would send copies to my AZ State Legislators, Senator Kavanagh and Representative Lawrence (both Republicans). I would send a copy to Shelley Silbert, Exec. Dir. of Great Old Broads. (She may want each Broad Band (chapter) to also request copies.) Although, “Broads” focuses on Public Lands Conservation, we have recently adopted Climate Change and Over-Population as topics we also need to address. I always post photos of my tables including books on FB and could also post individual pix of the book with personal comments by me. I also have an e-mail distribution list of about 100 people and would advertise the book to them.”
