Impact Narrative

Kelly’s proposal:

“I am currently enrolled in a second year bachelor of environment, focusing on science and environmental and sustainable management. I am wanting to use the books to show my fellow classmates the need for sustainable development globally and to help increase global awareness on this issue. As this is a passion of mine, I have been working hard vocally to promote this issue, but having the use of visual resources would greatly benefit my credibility. I also plan on undertaking a post graduate bachelor of teaching, majoring in geography and sustainable development and management, so these books would serve as great visual tools to help with understanding these concepts.
My uncle also travels the globe working as a representative for social justice with organizations such as the Global Poverty Project and the world polio organization. My aim is to travel with him in upcoming months and take these books with me to show world leaders and people of global power the effects of development on our contemporary society.”
