Impact Narrative

Paul tells Speak Out:

“We are a small bed & breakfast with strong ecological values. These include sourcing local food, using organic products, upcycling traditional furniture & making breakfast to order (rather than having a wasteful buffet). We have received a Tripadvisor Gold Öko-Spitzenreiter award for our environmental efforts.

I would actually like to have just one book, which I would display in a prominent position in our small guest library. That way, I can make several hundred people aware of the challenges of overconsumption each year. Our guests enjoy looking at the books in the library and I am quite sure that most of them will take a look. If I could have something like a card to give to all guests too, that would be helpful.”
